How to make pasta at home???

Making pasta at home can be a fun and rewarding experience. Here's a basic recipe for making fresh pasta dough:
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Water (as needed)
Instructions:
On a clean surface or in a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and crack the eggs into the well.
Use a fork to gently beat the eggs, then gradually start to incorporate the flour mixture into the eggs.
Once the dough starts to come together, use your hands to knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic. If the dough is too dry, add a little bit of water. If it's too sticky, add a little bit more flour.
Once the dough is kneaded, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
After the dough has rested, cut it into four pieces and roll out each piece using a pasta roller or a rolling pin. If using a pasta roller, gradually adjust the thickness until you reach your desired thickness.
Cut the pasta into your desired shape using a knife or a pasta cutter.
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water for 2-3 minutes, or until al dente.
Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
Note: You can also add additional flavorings to the pasta dough, such as chopped herbs or spices, to make it more interesting.
